Greens help out at Luncheon Club’s 15th Birthday Celebration

It was great to have Irene join me this year to lend a helping hand at the Luncheon Club’s 15th Birthday celebratory lunch on November 10. The Luncheon Club was set up 15 years ago by Carole Ann King to provide healthy meals and supportive community contact for people living with HIV. Carole Ann has now stepped back from day to day involvement in the luncheon club but this wonderful charitable organisation continues under the umbrella of joint bodies ACON and The Bobby Goldsmith Foundation. It’s always a real privilege to help at this function and to meet and speak with the guests.
